Standard Manufacturer Warranty
Mediana provides a 5-year warranty on both the AED unit and battery pack. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
Extended Warranty by Innovative Safety Supply
To provide even greater value, Innovative Safety Supply includes an additional 3-year extended warranty on top of the manufacturer's coverage—bringing the total warranty period to 8 years. This extended protection is exclusive to purchases made directly through Innovative Safety Supply.
Warranty Coverage Includes:

- Battery pack issues resulting from normal use
- Technical support for warranty-related concerns
Warranty Exclusions:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
